Do my clients need to download an app?
No. Clients book from a web link and confirm with a text code. There's nothing to install.
Do I need Stripe to use barber.rsvp?
Only for online card payments and memberships. You can run on in-person payments without connecting Stripe.
Is my subscription separate from the money my shop earns?
Yes. Client payments flow through your connected Stripe account to your bank. Your barber.rsvp subscription is billed separately.
If I downgrade, do I lose Legion features right away?
No. You keep them until your renewal date, then the plan switches to Pro. You paid for the current period, so you keep it.
What happens to a price I signed up at?
Promotional pricing is locked to your subscription when you sign up, so a later price change doesn't move you off the rate you started on.
Can a barber see the whole shop's finances?
No. A staff (barber) login sees only their own appointments and schedule. Owners see shop-wide data.
