Set up your shop and take your first online booking.

What is barber.rsvp?

An all-in-one booking and management tool for independent shops.

barber.rsvp lets your clients book online and verify by text, while you run the whole shop from one dashboard. There's no app for clients to download and no spreadsheets for you to maintain.

In one place you can manage:

  • Online booking and per-barber calendars
  • Services, prices, and shop hours
  • Staff, schedules, and time off
  • Card and in-person payments, plus tips
  • Memberships and client retention (plan-dependent)
  • Automatic text reminders

Set up your shop

The five steps to go live, usually in under an hour.

  1. 1Add your shop details and weekly hours under Settings.
  2. 2Add your barbers, each with a photo and the services they offer.
  3. 3Add your services with a name, duration, and price.
  4. 4Choose how you take payment: in person, online card, or both.
  5. 5Share your booking link and take your first appointment.
You can change any of this later. Nothing here is permanent, and updates take effect immediately on your booking page.

Where to find your link and how clients use it.

Every shop gets a public booking page. You'll find the link on your dashboard - copy it and share it on your door, mirror station, or social profiles.

Clients open the link, pick a service, date, barber, and time, then verify their number with a one-time code texted to their phone. No account or app needed.
